Go Traveling Media sells digital travel guides delivered electronically after purchase.

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the guide has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, completed downloads, or changes to travel plans after purchase.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your guide, please contact us at hello@gotravelingmedia.com and we will help resolve the issue. If we are unable to provide access to the purchased digital product, we may offer a replacement file, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
